Collision Damage Waiver – Theft Protection (CDW-TP) |

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to the vehicle during the rental period in unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement.

Is not insurance. The purchase of CDW1 is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional CDW1 for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW1, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW1, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle. CDW1 covers the rental vehicle in case of accident, fire, theft, robbery, total loss and small damages. It does not cover damages to the windshield, tires and accessories of the rented vehicle. CDW1 has a deductible. |
